[体外研究]

NAD +是由核糖基烟酰胺5'-二磷酸组成的辅酶,其通过焦磷酸键连接至腺苷5'-磷酸。 NAD +是NADH的氧化形式[1]。 NAD +在自然界中广泛存在,并且参与许多酶促反应,其中它通过交替氧化(NAD +)和还原(Nadide)而用作电子载体[2]。

[体内研究]

口服NAD +补充剂已用于对抗单纯疲劳以及诸如慢性疲劳综合征和纤维肌痛等神秘和能量消耗障碍[3]。
