Phloracetophenone (2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone) 是多叶姜黄 (Curcuma comosa Roxb) 中苯乙酮糖苷的糖苷配基部分,具有降低胆固醇作用,能够增强胆固醇 7α-羟化酶 (CYP7A1) 的活性[1]；Phloracetophenone 通过 Mrp2 刺激胆汁分泌[2]。

[体外研究]

Phloracehenhenone(2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone)是一种降胆固醇剂,可增强胆固醇7α-羟化酶(CYP7A1)活性,并提高CYP7A1 mRNA水平[1]。 Phloracehenhenone(1,2和4μmol/ min)立即和剂量依赖性地增加分离的灌注大鼠肝脏中不依赖胆汁酸的胆汁流[2]。

[体内研究]

Phloracehenhenone(2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮; 125或250μmol/ kg,十二指肠内注射)显示在大鼠中需要多药耐药蛋白-2(Mrp2)的利胆活性。 Phloracetophenone(40μmol/ min)可部分阻止E2-17G诱导的胆汁淤积[2]。
