1.苯基三甲基硅烷经溴化而得。

2. 由市售苯基三氯硅烷与甲基溴化镁反应，制得产率为72%的苯基三甲基硅烷。
在一个用流动冷水冷却的烧瓶中，放置150克(l摩尔)苯基三甲基硅烷，在搅拌下加162克(1摩尔)溴。反应混合物在蒸气浴上加熟l小时后分馏，得130克(0.85摩尔，85%)的三甲基溴硅烷。
