[体外研究]

胰硫蛋白合成酶-IN-1(化合物1)(0-75μM；24或72小时)具有杀利什曼原虫活性和细胞毒性[1]。胰硫蛋白合成酶-IN-1与ATP和多胺底物竞争,以结合LiTryS[1]。细胞毒性试验[1]细胞株：婴儿乳杆菌,HepG2浓度：0-75μM培养时间：24小时(婴儿乳杆菌无菌无鞭毛虫)或72小时结果：显示利什曼原虫杀灭活性,EC50s为21.5 ± 2.4μM和13.5 ± 0.9μM分别针对无菌无鞭毛菌和细胞内无鞭毛杆菌。显示细胞毒性,CC50为15.9 ± 0.4μM抗HepG2细胞。
