[体外研究]

3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(甲基阿魏酸; 25,50和100μM)减弱了乙醇诱导的乙醇诱导的L-02细胞凋亡[1]。 3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(25,50和100μM)抑制L-02细胞中Nox4和p22phox的表达水平[1]。 3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(25,50和100μM)处理减弱了L-02细胞中乙醇诱导的MAPK磷酸化[1]。 3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸降低超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化氢酶和磷脂氢过氧化物gluthione过氧化物酶的表达水平,并以剂量和时间依赖的方式下调Bax/Bcl-2和caspase-3裂解形式[1] ]。
