氯噻嗪是一种新烟碱类杀虫剂。氯噻虫胺在小剂量下对各种害虫如鞘翅目、胸翅目、鳞翅目、双翅目、同翅目、异翅目、直翅目和等翅目表现出良好的长期防治效果。氯噻嗪有多种应用方法,对作物安全性高[1]。

[体外研究]

氯噻嗪(30 nM)在离体神经元上表现出高活性[2]。氯噻嗪(1µg/L；36小时)对马利筋中的帝王蝶幼虫显示出亚致死效应[3]。氯噻嗪(0.25 毫克/粒和 0.50 毫克/粒) 在玉米和大豆耕作的农田中,在土壤和水中浓度低[4]。
