胆固醇琥珀酸单酯用途

半琥珀酸酯胆甾醇是一种具有保肝抗癌活性的物质。半琥珀酸酯胆甾醇抑制对乙酰氨基酚(AAP,HY-66005)的肝毒性,并防止AAP诱导的肝细胞凋亡和坏死。半琥珀酸酯胆固醇抑制DNA聚合酶和DNA拓扑异构酶,抑制DNA复制和修复以及细胞分裂。因此,半琥珀酸酯胆固醇抑制肿瘤生长[1][2]。
