[体外研究]

邻香草醛(2-香草醛;0-125μg/mL;24-72小时)以剂量依赖的方式抑制黄曲霉的菌丝生长[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL;48小时;黄曲霉)会改变菌丝体的形态,并导致菌丝体不规则收缩[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL;黄曲霉)可降低细胞壁表面的蛋白质含量和β-1,3-葡聚糖的含量[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL;黄曲霉)破坏细胞膜完整性。邻香草醛释放细胞成分并降低细胞外pH值[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL)可有效抑制玉米粒上黄曲霉的生长[1]。邻香草醛(0-250μ。邻香草醛将4-HC诱导的活性抑制43%[2]。

[体内研究]

邻香草醛(2-香草醛;60 mg/kg;口服;每天,持续5天)抑制携带A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。动物模型:带有A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的雄性NSG小鼠(12-16周龄)[2]剂量:60 mg/kg给药:口服给药;结果:在免疫缺陷NSG小鼠中,A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的生长延迟。
