中和法将85%磷酸1份，加入夹套搪瓷反应釜内，边搅拌边加水2.5份，然后往夹套通入蒸汽加热升温至110℃左右，再缓慢加入96%氢氧化铝0.22份，保持温度在100℃以上维持1h，调节Ph值和相对密度，即制得液体状磷酸二氢铝成品。如要生产粉状产品，则需进一步浓缩，通过喷雾干燥，废气经旋风分离后排空，制得粉状磷酸二氢铝成品。其
