磷酸二氢钾制备

1.工业上皆采用中和法，又分为苛性钾磷酸中和法和氯化钾磷酸中和法。苛性钾法　将除铁的苛性钾溶液（约30%KOH）加入带有搅拌和蒸汽夹套的搪瓷反应釜中，在搅拌下缓慢加入适量的磷酸（稀释成50%H3PO4）进行中和反应，维持反应温度在85～100℃，控制PH值为4.2～4.6，反应终点溶液相对密度1.32～1.33。加入除砷剂和除重金属剂进行溶液净化，过滤除去砷和重金属等杂质。经蒸发浓缩至相对密度1.38～1.42时送到结晶工序，冷却至36℃以下析出结晶，再经分离脱水、洗涤、干燥，制得磷酸二氢钾。其反应式如下。

2.氯化钾法　将95%氯化钾溶于70～80℃热水中，调成接近于饱和的溶液。与75%磷酸按KCl∶H3PO4＝1∶1.2的配比加入反应器中，于150～170℃进行中和反应，生成磷酸二氢钾和氯化氢。氯化氢经冷却回收成盐酸。反应液加入稀氢氧化钾溶液进行中和，终点控制PH＝4.4～4.6，经蒸发浓缩，冷却结晶，离心分离，适当水洗，再经干燥制得磷酸二氢钾成品。其反应式如下：

母液中含有大量的磷酸二氢钾、氯化钾和游离酸，返回流程配料使用。
