【用途一】
化学分析试剂，测定铝、铜、铁、钛、锆及其他金属。
【用途二】
比色测定铝、铋、铜、铁汞、锌、锰、铌、镓、钽、钍、钛、钒、锡等元素的重量测定。在强酸溶液中定量测定铁，定量分析钒酸盐，与其他金属在一起时分离铜和铁，测稀土时作掩蔽剂。

N-亚硝基苯胲铵盐制备

1.将苯胲乙醚溶液在冰溶中冷却，通入氨至过量，在搅拌和继续通氨的情况下，滴加亚硝酸正丁酯，1h左右加完，再搅拌15min。滤出铜铁灵沉淀，用乙醚洗涤，干燥得成品。该品应贮放在棕色玻瓶中，瓶内放置少量用纸（或布）包好的碳酸铵作稳定剂

2.将苯胲乙醚溶液冷却，通入过量的氨，并滴加亚硝酸正丁酯，滤出铜铁试剂沉淀，用乙醚洗涤，干燥即可。

3.将硝基苯、氯化铵与水混匀，加热至40℃，按理论量加入含量为85%以上的锌粉，控制温度为60～65℃，加完后反应半小时，静置。将上层清液分出后加到冰  盐混合物中，冷却结晶，将滤出的结晶β  苯胲用乙醚溶解，滤去不溶物，冷却到0℃后，快速通入过量氨气，然后，在继续通氨气的情况下，加入新蒸馏过的亚硝酸正丁酯（每100g苯胲加酯95g），控制加酯速度，以控制反应温度不超过10℃。反应结束后，继续搅拌10min以上，静置、过滤，结晶用乙醚洗涤数次，平铺自然干燥，即得成品。
