[体外研究]

p32-鞘氨醇激活的蛋白激酶响应低浓度的D-赤型-鞘氨醇,在2.5μM时观察到初始活化,在10-20μM时观察到峰值活性。这种激酶对D-赤型-鞘氨醇相对于其他鞘氨醇的对映异构体具有适度的特异性,并且对鞘氨醇的偏好优于异氢鞘氨醇[1]。 D-erythro-Sphingosine在体外抑制蛋白激酶C [2]。 D-erythro-Sphingosine已被证明可抑制蛋白激酶C,后者影响细胞调节和几种信号转导途径,并在各种哺乳动物细胞中表现出抗肿瘤启动子活性[3]。
