In Vitro QD394 (0-10 μM, 24 h) is cytotoxic with the IC50 values of 0.64, 0.34 and 0.9 μM for MIA PaCa-2, PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cell lines, respectively. And QD394 can inhibit the phosphorylation of STAT3 in cells and increase the phosphorylation of H2AX[1]. QD394(1-10 μM, 4 h) mediates cell death by increasing cellular ROS levels and decreases GSH/GSSG ratio in MIA PaCa-2 cells; also induces iron-dependent and GPX4-mediated ferroptosis[1].
