Ezurpimtrostat hydrochloride (compound 2-3) is a potent and orally active anti-fibrotic agent. In Vivo	Ezurpimtrostat hydrochloride (compound 2-3) (15 mg/kg/day, PO, for 6 weeks) significantly reduces the area of liver fibrosis and the level of collagen fibers deposition (by 41.0%) in DEN cirrhotic rat model[1].
