In Vitro	KSPWFTTL is derived from the retroviral p15 TM envelope protein. The cytolytic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-insusceptible, variant cl.18-5 clonal line, after pulsed with the KSPWFTTL peptide, becomes susceptible to lysis by antiviral CTL[2].
