FLT3-IN-5e is a nove potent, selective FLT3 inhibitor with Kd of 3.6 nM, IC50 of <6 nM; has high potentcy against mutant FLT3 D835H, D835V, D835Y, ITD-D835V, ITD-F691L, K663Q, N841I, and R834Q (Kd=0.36-82 nM); shows weak (8-fold selectivity) activity for PDGFRB (28 nM) and the JAK1 JH2 domain (28 nM); possesses growth inhibitory potencies against MOLM13 FLT3-ITD and MOLM13 FLT3-ITD/D835Y cells.
