[Description]:

A novel potent, selective monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor with IC50 of 29-56 nM; shows no significant activity over MAO-A (>10 uM); shows improvement for memory in multiple animal models, has an excellent profile against a panel of other enzymes and receptors, good pharmacokinetic properties in rodents and dogs.
