[In Vivo]

Properdistatin (80 mg/kg; 腹腔注射; 每日一次, 持续 4 天) 抑制小鼠黑色素瘤异种移植模型的血管生成并改善血管功能[1]。 Animal Model: Adult female BALB/c nu/nu mice (R-18, A-07, and D-12 human melanoma cells)[1] Dosage: 80 mg/kg Administration: I.p.; daily for 4 days Result: Inhibited angiogenesis in human melanoma xenografts with low TSP-1 expression, selectively removed small-diameter capillaries, but did not change the morphology of tumor arterioles or tumor venules, and reduced blood supply times and increased plasma velocities.
