Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs)[1]. 1. Rhodamine 6G hydrazide (1.0 × 10−3 M) is prepared in methanol. 2. Dilute sample and Rhodamine 6G hydrazide to the working concentration. 3. Fill Rhodamine 6G hydrazide (2 mL, MeOH, 5 × 10−4 M) into a quartz cuvette, and then adds same amount of sample solution. 4. Record spectral data (Ex=500 nm, Em=505-100 nm).
