Biological Activity

[Description]:

Inorganic pyrophosphatase (PPase) converts pyrophosphate (PPi) to phosphate. Inorganic pyrophosphatase is an essential component of in vitro transcription reactions for RNA preparation, is often used in biochemical studies. Inorganic pyrophosphatase is critical for driving cellular processes such as nucleic acid and protein synthesis[1].
