Biological Activity

[Description]:

3-O-Ethyl-L-ascorbic acid, a stable vitamin C derivative, is a cosmetic tyrosinase tnhibitor with a whitening capacity. 3-O-Ethyl-L-ascorbic acid also has antioxidant abilities[1][2].
