A selective small molecule toward Tec kinase-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of FGF2 with IC50 of 7.0 uM; inhibits Tec-FGF2 complex and blocks tyrosine phosphorylation of FGF2 in cells, also inhibit FGF2 secretion from cells.
