4'-Trifluoromethyl-2-biphenyl carboxylic acid (15-60 mg/kg, p.o., twice a day) shows hypolipidemic activity in diet-induced hypercholesterolemic African green monkeys[1]. Animal Model: Diet-induced hypercholesterolemic African green monkeys[5] Dosage: 15-60 mg/kg Administration: Oral administration (p.o.) Result: Reduced serum LDL-cholesterol concentrations.
