Dynorphin (2-17) treatment reduces Naloxone-precipitated withdrawal signs in Morphine-dependent rats[1]. Animal Model: Male Sprague Dawley rats implanted with Morphine[1] Dosage: 0.1-5.0 mg/kg Administration: Intravenous injection; 0.1-5.0 mg/kg; once Result: Attenuated the incidence of wet dog shakes after Naloxone injection 30 min. Decreased Naloxone-induced body weight loss.
