Momordicoside L 对 HL60（白血病）、CRL1579（黑色素瘤）、A549（肺）、SK-BR-3（乳腺）和 AZ521（胃）细胞显示出中度细胞毒性，IC50 值分别为 37.2 ± 2.7、11.9 ± 2.2、>50、>50 和 19.9 ± 1.5 μM[1]。
