Biological Activity

[Description]:

Quinalizarin is a potent, selective and cell-permeable protein kinase CK2 inhibitor with an Ki of ~50 nM and an IC50 of 110 nM. Quinalizarin can induce apoptosis of certain cancer cells[1].
