Biological Activity

[Description]:

PKR-IN-C16 is a specific protein kinase (PKR) inhibitor. PKR-IN-C16 is able to inhibit the autophosphorylation of PKR and unlock the translation blockade induced by PKR in primary neuronal cultures[1].
