[In Vivo]

Propiomazine (5 g/kg, oral gavage) lowers serum Li concentrations in CD-1 mice[2]. Propiomazine (5 g/kg, oral gavage) reduces serum K concentrations in CD-1 mice[3]. Animal Model: CD-1 mice given with LiCl (125 mg/kg, i.v.)[2] Dosage: 5 g/kg Administration: Oral gavage, at 20, 40, 90, 150, and 210 minutes after LiCl challenge. Result: Effectively enhanced the elimination of intravenously administered Li.
