Biological Activity

[Description]:

CHAPS hydrate, a derivative of Cholic acid, is a zwitterionic detergent for solubilizing membrane proteins. CHAPS hydrate is used for stabilization of various protein-DNA complexes and can retain biochemical activity of proteins in solution[1][2].
