Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs). F-actin staining[2]: 1. Cells are pre-incubated with PBS containing 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (HY-D0842) for 20-30 min. 2. Staining with Bella Fluor 594 Phalloidin for 20 min. 3. Washing with PBS. 4. Using confocal laser-scanning for examination (Excitation/Emission=581/609 nm).
