Etzadroxil (Ethyl 2-Ethylbutyrate) is a volatile ester compound. Sulopenem Etzadroxil is an orally available ester prodrug form of Sulopenem, an antibiotic with broad-spectrum activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria[1][2].
