Biological Activity

[Description]:

10-Formyl-7,8-dihydrofolic acid is a substrate for mammalian aminoimidazolecarboxamide ribotide transformylase (EC 2.1.2.3). 10-Formyl-7,8-dihydrofolic acid also is a metabolite of 10-HCO-H4folate[1][2].
