[Description]:

Apolizumab (Hu1D10) is a humanized monoclonal anti-Human leukocyte antigen-DR beta-chain antibody. Apolizumab can mediate apoptosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells in vitro[1][2].

Apolizumab can induce ADCC and CMC based on expression of target antigen[2]. Apolizumab alter cell membrane polarization and permeability but may not induce apoptosis directly[2].
