Elarekibep (PRS-060) (AZD1402) is a high affinity, slowly dissociating, long-acting full antagonist of IL-4Ra. Elarekibep can be used for the research of T2 endotype asthma[1].

[In Vitro]

Elarekibep (PRS-060) (0-10 µM) 抑制 IL-4 或 IL-13 诱导的 STAT-6 磷酸化，IC50 值分别为 0.12 nM 和 0.10 nM[ 1]. PRS-060 (0-10 µM) 抑制 hIL-4 或 hIL-13 诱导的 TF-1 细胞增殖，IC50 值分别为 0.87 nM 和 0.92 nM[1]< /sup>. PRS-060 (0-10 µM) 抑制 hIL-13 诱导的人上皮细胞粘液转分化，IC50 值为 0.3 nM[1]。

[In Vivo]

PRS-060（气管内滴注；2、10、50 µg）抑制人源化小鼠肺中 IL-13 诱导的 eotaxin-1 表达和卵清蛋白诱导的急性过敏性炎症[1]。 Animal Model: Triple-humanized mouse model[1] Dosage: 2, 10, 50 µg/mouse Administration: Intratracheal instillation (i.t) Result: Strongly suppressed acute allergic inflammation indices in triple humanized mice.
