Biological Activity

[Description]:

ABC99 is an N-hydroxyhydantoin (NHH) carbamate that selectively inhibits the Wnt-deacylating enzyme NOTUM (IC50=13 nM). ABC99 preserves Wnt3A signaling in the presence of NOTUM[1].
