Mazdutide (IBI-362; LY-3305677) is a long-acting synthetic oxyntomodulin analog. Mazdutide is also a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1R)/glucagon receptor GCGR co-agonist. Mazdutide has safety and tolerability, and it can be used for research in obesity and type 2 diabetes (T2D)[1][2].
