[Description]:

Isotianil is a plant defense inducer that has no direct antimicrobial effect but instead activates typical plant defense responses. Isotianil can be used as a plant protection agent for controlling rice blast[1].

Isotianil (0.1-100 ppm, 2 days)可以诱导水稻组织中内源性的脂氧合酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶和几丁质酶等植物抗病相关酶的积累。诱导抗病性相关基因,包括 WRKY45[1]。 Isotianil 在较低剂量下对叶瘟病具有良好的预防效果,显示出对多种细菌性疾病的植物抗性诱导作用,包括由伯克霍尔德菌引起的细菌性幼苗腐烂等[1]。 Isotianil 有效保护苗期小麦植株免受有毒的 MoT分离株 BR32 的侵害,可防止 MoT的侵入性生长,使其无法从最初受到攻击的表皮细胞进展到叶肉[2].
