Biological Activity

[Description]:

Nidanilimab (CAN04) is a fully humanized monoclonal anti-IL1RAP antibody with a Kd value of 1.10 pM. Nidanilimab blocks IL1α and IL1β signaling and stimulates the immune system to destroy tumour cells. Nidanilimab can be used in research of non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) [1][2].

Nidanilimab (CAN04; 10 mg/kg; i.p.; 裸 C57Bl/6 小鼠) 增加了两种常用的铂基化疗药物顺铂 (HY-17394)/吉西他滨 (HY-17026) 和卡铂 (HY-17393)/吉西他滨 (HY-17026) 的疗效[1]。 Animal Model: Nude C57Bl/6 mice with LU2503 NSCLC PDX model[1] Dosage: 10 mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection Result: Displayed a significantly stronger anti-tumor effect compared to isotype control with chemotherapy.
