[In Vivo]

ASP2397 (1, 2, 4, or 8 mg/kg, s.c., b.i.d.) significantly improves survival in IPA models in mice[1]. Animal Model: A mouse model of A. fumigatus-induced IPA[1]. Dosage: 1, 2, 4, 8 mg/kg. Administration: S.C., BID, from day 1 for 3 days. Result: Significantly improved survival.
