Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: CEM, A204, IEC-6, H9c Concentration: 0-400 μM Incubation Time: 6 days Result: Showed cytotoxicity with CC50 values of 140, 330, 307 and 344 μM against CEM, A204, IEC-6 and H9c cells, respectively.
