[Description]:

AI-10-104 is a small molecule inhibitor that interferes with CBFβ binding to RUNX proteins with IC50 of 1.25 uM in FRET assays; reduces RUNX transcriptional activity by interfering with the formation of the CBFβ/RUNX1 and/or CBFβ/RUNX3 heterodimers in T-ALL cells; impairs the growth of human T-ALL cell lines and primary patient samples (GI50=2.4 uM).
