Biological Activity

[Description]:

CPI-1189 is a TNF-α release inhibitor with antioxidant and neuroprotective properties. CPI-1189 is used for researches of HIV-associated neurotoxicity and thus is a candidate for neuroprotective therapy in humans suffered from HIV-associated CNS disease[1][2].
