[Description]:

A potent, selective STAT3 SH2 domain inhibitor (EC50=5.6 uM) that reduces STAT3 phosphorylation and nuclear transactivation; restores TKI sensitivity to therapy-resistant CML progenitor cells in primary cells from CML patients with BCR-ABL1 kinase-independent TKI resistance, including leukemic stem cells.
