NY-0123 is a novel potent Exchange proteins directly activated by cAMP (EPAC) antagonist with IC50 of 0.9 and 2.4 uM for EPAC1 and EPAC2, respectively; NY0123 is more potent than ESI-09, and is a valuable pharmacological probes to facilitate our efforts in elucidating the biological functions of EPAC and developing potential novel therapeutics against human diseases.
