Biological Activity

[Description]:

A nove potent, selective and reversible SHP2 inhibitor with Ki of 0.51 uM; displays 5-fold selectivity over SHP1, and >10-fold secltivity over other PTPs; effectively reduces the EGF-induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation, increased the phosphorylation level of Y118 in paxillin, reduces H1975 cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner.
