Biological Activity

[Description]:

MI 14 is a selective PI4KIIIβ inhibitor with IC50s of 54 nM, >100 μM, >100 μM for PI4KIIIβ, PI4KIIIα, PI4KIIα, respectively. MI 14 has antiviral activity against HCV 1b, CVB3, HRVM, HVC 2a[1].

[In Vitro]

MI 14 (化合物 36t) 对 HeLa 细胞中的 HCV 1b (EC50=0.087 µM)、CVB3 (EC50=0.145 µM)、HRVM (EC50=1.03 µM)、HVC 2a (EC50=10.6 µM) 具有抗病毒活性[1]。 MI 14 对磷脂酰肌醇 3 激酶 (PI3Ka、PI3Kb、PI3Kd 和 PI3Kg) 没有抑制作用,IC50 高达 10 µM[1]。
