Biological Activity

[Description]:

NOS-IN-1 is a potent and orally active NO synthase (NOS) isoforms inhibitor with IC50s of 0.1 μM, 1.1 μM, and 0.2 μM for human iNOS (hiNOS), heNOS and hnNOS, respectively[1].
