Irsenontrine (1 mg/kg; p.o.) maleate and memantine hydrochloride (1 mg/kg; p.o.) combined treatment group exhibits a significantly higher percentage of exploration of the novel object than memantine hydrochloride (1 mg/kg) alone[1].
