Biological Activity

[Description]:

CB-618 (CB 238618) is a novel non-β-lactam β-lactamase inhibitor that potentiates meropenem MIC values against clinical Enterobacteriaceae isolates; displays a minimal antibacterial effect alone, potentiates the meropenem MIC values of 16-512 mg/ml to 0.25-2 mg/ml.
