Taldefgrobep alfa (BMS 986089; RG 6206; RO 7239361) is a potent inhibitory antibody targeting to human myostatin. Taldefgrobep alfa is a fusion protein composed of a human IgG1-Fc domain and Adnectin domain. Taldefgrobep alfa can be used for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) research[1][2].

Taldefgrobep alfa (2 mg/kg; iv or sc; single dose) 静脉注射小鼠后具有较快的血浆清除率，而皮下注射可使其被缓慢吸收 (Tmax=24 h)，Cmax 为 15.4 mg/mL，生物利用度 (F) 为84%[1]。
